The Staffing Supervisor is responsible for excellent Home Health Care service delivery by coaching and mentoring caregivers, establishing and maintaining an environment of accountability, and managing and coordinating personal care assignments for the field team members.
The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in a customer service role (preferably in the health care or home health industry), strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and written communicatio! n skills, good time management skills, and professional dress,! speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Consults with clients to provide the appropriate staffing solutions; maintains direct communication with caregiver, clients, and team members during the staffing process
-- Identifies and resolves client customer service issues
-- Facilitates client inquires, takes referrals, and coordinates services
-- Provides Night and Weekend on-call client assistance
-- Has experience with Staffing Software Management
-- Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and orienting reliable and compassionate field team members (nurses and nursing assistants)
