Relocation Agent - Los Angeles

We are seeking experienced and motivated Relocation Agent to join our Public Works Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key member of our highly qualified, collaborative, and motivated team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Perform right-of-way relocation per project guidelines and regulation.
- Prepare relocation documents.
- Perform basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property occupants (some Spanish speakers) and their representatives in providing advisory services.
- Perform general administrative work as required, including but not limited to preparing relocation documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with clients and those being relocated, and customer service and related functions.
- Possibility of remote work environment.
SKILLS:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines, as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively.
- Must be responsible and have demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
- Approachable and good at interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Analytical, problem solver, and strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic database management systems.
COMPENSATION: SAFEbuilt pays competitive wages and has a 401K
Salary Range: $25.00 - 30.00 per hour
