Are you tired of the "Business" of Family Practice, but love seeing patients? Our New Mexico client is searching for a special physician who enjoys seeing patients in an outpatient setting, surrounded by a support staff who frees them from all the routine tasks that normally bog them down. Our business model allows our physicians the freedom to practice medicine in an environment where all non-medical tasks are performed by a staff member, rather than the physician.

Our clinic sees both Urgent Care and Primary Care patients in a Patient Centered Medical Home. Our unique clinical and operational processes and protocols make for a unhurried pace that easily allows the physician to offer exceptional care to the patients, with no-charting or other non-medical tasks. The physician is free to leave at 5PM and go home and enjoy no regular Call. Our client employs a Nurse-triage group to handle Call.

Not only is the work day! a dream job for the right physician, the compensation is also! well above average. Employed salaries are tied to MGMA up to the 75th Percentile. Production bonuses can be up to $5,000 additional - each month!

Our ideal candidate is BE/BC Family Practice, with an excellent educational and/or practice background. New Mexico license a plus. We're looking for a long term relationship with our new physician.
