RNT/USs are entrusted to use and develop their education, training, and experience with the intent of collaborating with the patient and care team ! to create an environment driven by the needs of the patients and their families and to facilitate each patient's progress toward independence with living, working, and playing in a healthy and safe environment.
Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and CNA or 6 months experience
Preferred Qualifications: Current CPR, CNA, basic math skills, basic keyboarding, experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and driver's license.
If Navajo or Spanish speaking â€" complete interpreters course and pass test annually.
