The clinical pharmacist will be responsible for staffing the inpatient hospital pharmacy. The staffing duties will
incude! order entry and verification, drug utilization reviews, pharmacokinetic dosing - monitoring - and adjusting
based off renal function, consulting with physicians on patient medication regimen, fielding calls from nurses,
supervision of technician work,etc. Pharmacist will be working independently as the only registered pharmacist on
staff.
Dates Needing Coverage:
- Sat 4/6 & Sun 4/7
- Sat 4/20 & Sun 4/21
- No on-call/call back needed
- Coverage Hours: 8am â€" 12pm
- New Mexico license active and clear
- Current inpatient pharmacy experience
- Minimum one year hospital pharmacy experience
- Ability to travel for the assignment
