About the Opportunity Central Desert BHC is a short term acute care Behavioral Health Hospital seeking talented and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. Our hospital offers a secure and healing environment fo! r adults who face psychiatric or emotional issues requiring hospitalizaiton. Currently, we are searching for Registered Nurses for all shifts shifts in our 26 bed inpatient hospital. As RN/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall unit of the hospital and the delivery of quality of care to our patients. Priority one will be quality of care, customer service and employee relations. In addition, the supervision and career coaching of existing team members on staff.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain positive employee relationships. Possess the ability to follow applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern behavioral health care facilities. Candidates must also be! able to react to emergency situations appropriately when requ! ired.
