Purpose of Position:
This position will provide health services in both clinic and outreach settings. Services will be provided the areas that include but are not limited to family planning, women and teen health, sexually transmitted infections, adult and childhood immunizations and the treatment of Tuberculosis (TB). Incumbent will participate in harm reduction, and emergency public health response to both clinic and outreach settings.

This position is a Pay Band 75.

Classification Description:
Registered Nurses-Advanced

Minimum Qualificatio! ns:
Associates Degree in Nursing or graduation from a ! NLN accredited program accepted by the New Mexico Board of Nursing and three (3) years paid experience as a Registered Nurse.

Employment Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico or eligibility for such licensure in accordance with New Mexico requirements. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment. Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver’s License. Position requires successful completion the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Statutory Requirements:
All applicants for this position must be licensed in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act § 61-3-2 through 61-3-31 NMSA 1978 and 16.12.1 through 16.12.20 NMAC, as applicable.
