Must have RN New Mexico License, BSN with experience in directing and supervising ICU nursing personnel. Must have two (2) years management experience.
We are looking for a Nurse Manager ! ICU within an acute care hospital environment. This individual! will have prior experience in ICU management and developing protocols and leading a ICU program. We are looking for a quality focused leader, with the confidence and clinical background to be a "hands on" leader as necessary.
This is an opportunity for an experienced ICU Nurse Leader to collaborate with an extremely supportive group of physicians as well as mid level providers (NP's and PA's) along with a high achieving nursing staff.
