Hospitalists handling admissions
Excellent sub-specialists and nursing
Double coverage during the day â€" 2.2 patients per! hour average
Partnership with no buy-in after six months - $200-plus per hour
Mid-levels see non-acute patients and do work-ups
Family Medicine resident teaching
Established EMR
Eight hour shifts â€" 15-18 per month
Paid relocation, retirement and malpractice
