The ED will be responsible for the overall management including but not limited to, leadership, growth, and profitability of our community by handling the following:
Building strong employee, customer and community relations
Ensuring the provision of appropriate services to meet resident needs
Developing, managing and adhering to the community’s budget
Marketing and census development

Required Skills
Qualifications:
4 year degree
New Mexico Nursing Home Administrator’s license in good standing
Extensive experience as an Executive Director
Experience in a CCRC is a must!
