Harbor Light Hospice is seeking candidates for! an Executive Director for the new start up in the state of New Mexico. This individual will oversee operations and play a lead role in developing and executing plans for growth within the State.
The Administrator is responsible and accountable for managing the company in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and philosophy of care while assuring that all local, state and federal regulatory standards are met. Overall, the individual will be responsible for leading a staff to provide quality patient/family care; maintain professional visibility within the State; and, continually evaluate programs, services and overall operations to ensure excellent patient/family care.
The successful candidate must be an RN
Qualifications:
Ability to develop and monitor budgetary/financial projections and reports.
Experience in developing, monitoring and implementing a sales/marketing plan in the healthcare arena.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid! and third party payer requirements.
Bachelors degree in h! ealthcare or business field, Masters Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience providing the requisite skills.
Three to five years progressively responsible experience in mid to upper level healthcare management.
Computer literacy with ability to learn company licensed software.
