ABOUT THE AREA: The most populous city in the Four Corners Region with a total population of over 48,000. The city is nest! led in the scenic San Juan River Valley, and within sight of Colorado\\\'s rugged San Juan Mountains and the desert highlands of Arizona and Utah. ABOUT THE POSITION: Looking for a Provider to work at an Urgent Care Clinic.
Will be joining 4 Physicians and 1 PA. Clinic is open 9 am - 9pm. 7 days / wk. 12 hours shifts, 3 days per week.
No Call Scheduling is done on a quarterly basis, which equals 39 shifts per quarter. Days are not assigned regularly each week, but are rotated, with all providers sharing weekends and holiday schedules Moderately complex (COLA) lab tests, including CBC. Minor procedures including laceration repair, fracture care X-ray, using PACS, with Radiologist reviewing all films. 25 -40 patients / day depending on the season.
PACKAGE: Base + production Bonus plan is based on Work RVU\\\'s Full Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and 403B. Also $2500 CME stipend with 1 week. PTO is earned at 0.08 / hr. Sign on and re! lo
