ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This position is full time and involves direct care and interaction with residents, resident’s family members, community health care organizations, community physicians, facility management and floor staff.
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensure for state of practice is required; current CPR certification required. Prior work experience in the same or related position is helpful. Candidate must be flexible, detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, be able to speak read, write, and to articulate clearly and audibly in English. Experience with infection control, state and/or federal nursing home state survey processes, QA/CQI process, implementing new programs, meeting deadlines, scheduling, documenting and conducting in-services is helpful; managerial experience and time management skills a plus.
This position may work various shifts as necess! ary including weekends and holidays. On-Call work required.
