Demonstrates the ability to assess the full scope of patient needs, using the nursing process on a continuous basis. Assign staff util! izing acuity level, reviewing/revising of schedule as needed, calling in staff with high census. Provides a safe environment for patient visitor and employees through identifying/correcting/reporting health and safety hazards.
Cooperates with distribution of resources to maintain a therapeutic environment. Demonstrates a skill in interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors and co-workers. Demonstrates effective oral and written communications methods using lines of authority appropriately. Demonstrates accountability for nursing practice through planned & continuous professional growth and development.
