More complete informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. "My wife and I moved to LC from TX in June. I am a physician and she is a nurse. We have a ranch house on 5.5 acres in Vado. We have a 7 mo old baby girl, a 4 year old boy! and a 6 year old girl.
We are looking for a full time nanny to help run the household. This includes childcare and light housework. We need someone who has flexible availability as my wife and my schedule vary and often include night shifts. The position guarantees minimum 40 hr/wk of work.
All of the children are very loving and well-mannered. We raise our children in a world of "May I please" and "Thank you" and stress the importance of respecting adults and respecting themselves. We do not use corporal punishment, and use timeouts and a system of privileges to correct bad behavior.
My wife and I are both very loving, caring and generous people. We are also fiercely protective of our children. We are looking for someone who is professional, loyal, kind and dependable. We will be here for at least four years and want to find someone who is interested in building a long term relationship with our family.
Putting the welfare of our childr! en in the hands of a nanny is not something we take lightly. T! he initial interactions with the children will be supervised, and we do keep nanny cams in the house.
