Celebrate Caring at Las Palomas Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge Healthcare affiliate. We're seeking a full time Food Service Director / Nutritional Services Director at our 120-bed center, located in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities include: Plans, develops, organizes and directs the overall operation of the Nutritional Services Department. Responsible to ensure meals are served in accordance with government regulations and company policies and procedures. Serves as a liaison between facility’s consultant dietitian and Nursing Services ensuring the residents nutritional needs are met.
Job Requirements :
1 year experience in a food management position required
Healthcare experience in long term care preferred.
Previous management experience preferred.
Ability to understand, control and track direct spending and labor budgets.
Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
Certified Dietary Manager, CDM or ServSafe Certification if required by state.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
