Job Responsibilities
Our nurses provide direct care for their patients and residents on an ongoing basis. RN, LPN Nurse, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Requirements :
- Valid RN, LPN or LVN license in good standing with the state and current CPR certification
- 1 year experience in direct patient care in a medical, surgical, long-term care setting with responsibility for multiple patients preferred
- Caring bedside manner
- Computer skills to include Point Click Care ( PCC ), the use of an electronic medical records and the ability to learn new applications as needed
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact in a tactful and respectful manner with residents, family members and visitors
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize duties
- Ability to understand and follow all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care
