Seeking a Geriatrician to join a full service geriatric practice including assessments in area nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital in a service area of 271,000+. Hospital employed position. Established referral patterns from nursing homes, physicians, home health providers, community agencies, family and clergy. Shared practice call. Established hospitalist program. Over 160 physicians on our staff provide a strong referral source. Centers for infusion therapy, wound care/hyperbaric and pain management. Strong interest in providing care to geriatric patients. Geriatric Fellowship a plus.
