Qualifications include:

• Successfully graduated from a nationally accredited associate’s degree or baccalaureate degree program in nursing
• Any state registered nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support
• A m i n i m u m o f 3 y e a r s f o r ADN o r 2 y e a r s f o r B S N fu l l - t i m e e x p er i e n ce i n c l i n i c a l c ase ma n a g e m e n t w o r k i n g w i t h ad u l t s, c h il d re n , f a m il i e s, s e n i or s a n d g r o up s.
• Certified Case Manager by Commission for Case Management (CCM) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) -OR- certification eligible with 3 years of experience for ADN or 2 years experience for BSN in full time clinical case management with children, families, seniors, or groups.
• Will provide oversight and assessment to families that are qualified as receiving special medical and educational needs in a timely manner.
