Office Assistant/Receptionist.


 

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing general customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.

  • Greet visitors and clients.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.13 - $21.83 per hour
