We are seeking a Project Manager (Remote) to join our growing team!

Position Summary

Our PMs represent the product to our clients. They provide business counsel and guidance to get the most out of their use of the product; develop requirements and solutions, including configuration and gap analysis; and manage client relationships. The PM stewards the project from inception through completion in partnership with our technical leads and development team and is responsible for managing cost, schedule, and client relationships.


A Day in the Life

  • Direct and manage project development timelines from beginning to end, under no supervision
  • Collect and analyze client business rules and align them with baseline configuration options
  • Coordinate all activities within the project team to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, including but not limited to:
    • scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings,
    • communicating status updates via weekly status reports,
    • collaborating with the development team on client deliverables,
    • completing final quality assurance verifications
    • facilitating client-led user acceptance testing
  • Successfully prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Drive project initiation through completion; responsibility includes:
    • planning customer engagements,
    • creating and managing business requirements,
    • review & signoff process,
    • managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope,
    • executing the change management process when needed, and
    • ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks
  • Monitor and address risks and issues as appropriate
  • Analyze and administer contracts
  • Manage and forecast revenue delivery
  • Maintain required project documentation, per PMO processes

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Experience:
    • Requires 2 years of related experience
    • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Computer/Technical:
    • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic software applications
  • Other Skills:
    • Experience capturing and documenting client requirements
    • Outstanding written and oral communications
    • Detail-oriented
    • Eager to learn, including a willingness to learn software independently through hands-on exploration and documentation
    • Capable of juggling multiple projects of varying sizes, stages, and needs
    • Passion for problem-solving and business process engineering
    • Team-oriented mindset
    • Client-service focused
    • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proven track record building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
