POSITION OVERVIEWFoundation for Jewish Camp is seeking an Administrative Coordinator temp to join the One Happy Camper (OHC) team for a short-term assignment (3 months). This position will work closely with the team to coordinate communication, track information and response rates, run reports and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth system launch in the fall. This person will be responsible for helping to launch our 2024 One Happy Camper program, by tracking incoming information from 100 unique partners, updating the backend of our custom-built registration system, and supporting team and testing applications. Ideal candidates should be strong communicators who are skilled at managing details and comfortable working within Excel and using technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
One Happy Camper
- Track incoming information from 100+ partners using OHC team's tracking systems and tools. Update the backend of a custom-built registration system/application
- Perform ongoing tests of the applications on behalf of the 100 unique partners
- Provide overall support to the team, ensuring a smooth transition into the 2024 One Happy Camper season
- Communicate with partners about their application
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Tech-savvy and/or a quick learner when it comes to collaborative tech tools
- Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of Excel required

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE DETAILS
This is a three-month, seasonal position, scheduled to begin on July 15, 2023. Pay is hourly, at a rate of $20/hour. Anticipated hours are 15-20/week, ideally at 4 hours/day or 2 full days/week, though days and times can be flexible to work with your schedule.
