Financial Administrator [South Africa]


 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
  • Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
  • Computer literate and experience working on an accounting package
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and highly organised
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle a must



DUTIES

  • Manage the Debtors and Creditors functions
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Petty Cash management
  • Time keeping of employees
  • Issuing of orders
  • Registration & Licensing of all vehicles
  • Management of traffic fines
  • Office Management - Order supplies, arrange medicals etc.
  • Manage filing of all relevant documents
  • Keep employee and vehicle office files updated
  • General administration duties

Salary: R15 - R20k negotiable dependent on experience
