We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced nurse to serve as Director of Staff Development in a lovely, dynamic long-term care
provides appropriate in-services, maintains employee education and certification files, and tracks
employee health issues.
The chosen DSD will encourage the personal well-being and professional growth of all
employees while ensuring current training and continuing education for the nursing team. Prior
experience as a DSD within LTC required. The successful candidate will be a RN / LPN with
substantial LTC or Subacute experience.
