Purpose of Position
This position will provide nursing care to meet the needs of the patients in the Long Term Care Unit and implements and directs all nursing activities.
Meadows Unit. Shift 7:00am to 3:00pm
This position is a Pay Band 65.
Classification Description:
Registered Nurses-Basic
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Nursing or graduation from a NLN accredited program accepted by the New Mexico Board of Nursing.
Employment Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico or eligibility for such licensure in accordance with New M! exico requirements. Employment is subject to criminal backgrou! nd check. Employment is conditional pending results of criminal background check. Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. May be required to work weekends, holidays, overtime and call back hours as needed.
Statutory Requirements:
All applicants for this position must be licensed in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act § 61-3-2 through 61-3-31 NMSA 1978 and 16.12.1 through 16.12.20 NMAC, as applicable.
