This position is to provide ED Care Coordinator coverage and Labor of Love program support.
RN assesses, plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates options and services required to meet an individual’s health needs by utilizing a collaborative process and by using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost effective outcomes. Uses clinical skills to review treatment plans and arrange follow up care as indicated. Strong critical thinking skills required.
Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency; must be able to function independently to manage own time and work tasks; working knowledge of Quality pro! cesses, Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance plans. Must be able ! to communicate effectively. Computer skills very useful.
Requirements:
Minimum: Clinical nursing background and valid NM or multi-state RN
One (1) year of previous job related experience in an acute care environment.
Preferred: Inpatient nursing background with a Bachelor's degree in health related field.
