Purpose of Position
This position will ensure quality and maintain investigative standards of professionalism through supervision of assigned staff and to engage the Incident Management Bureau in quality improvement activities designed to prevent abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
This position is a Pay Band 75.
Classification Description:
Healthcare Surveyor-Operational
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Rehabilitation and /or Criminal Justice and two (2) years directly related experience in community based healthcare service! s and case management. Any combination of education from an ac! credited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience. Employment Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Drivers License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment. The Intake Supervisor will be required to pass the National Investigator Certification Training course within one year of employment. Extensive instate and overnight travel is required. Out-of-state travel for training may be required. Successful completion of Health insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
