ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
One fulltime dayshift position open for Charge Nurse LPN/RN, and one fulltime night-shift position open for Charge Nurse LPN/RN.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Provides nursing care to residents according to physician orders/regulations; updates care plans when needed; supervises CNAs/CMAs, trains new staff; responds to emergency needs (choking, falls, convulsions, fire, etc.); observes/documents observations and care given to residents; receives/shares information appropriately; Responds promptly to resident call lights. Keeps communication open with DON, physicians, residents, and appropriate family/POA.
Current license in good standing required; must be CPR certified or willing to become CPR certified within 180 days of hire. Competitive pay rates for licensed nurses with experience; benefits’ package.
12-hour shifts = 6:00 -- 6:30 with rotating weekends
Pay d! ependent on years of experience
